Are there any vegetables that are not good for you? Well, all of them. Let’s investigate that more in this article.
Short answer is, all of them are bad for you.
I have not been eating vegs since 2021.
Some of my clients don’t eat either.
Why not vegetables you might ask?
The reason is simple. Vegs are very poor nutrition, are full of defence chemicals and are gmo.
Reason #1: poor nutrition
Have you ever seen a cave painting that illustrates humans eating salads? No. We are hunters, we are carnivores. We are not designed to eat plant material.
-
Anatomical Incompatibility: Humans are structurally built more like carnivores than herbivores. We lack the massive, complex digestive systems and specialized cecums that herbivores use to break down tough plant matter. Our smaller gut is simply not designed to process salads.
-
Poor Bioavailability: The nutrients in vegetables are chemically incompatible with human biology. Conversion rates are incredibly low—we only convert roughly 4% to 8% of plant-based vitamins and 10% to 60% of minerals. Attempting to extract these “alleged” nutrients forces the body to process a heavy toxic load of plant defense chemicals.
-
The Fiber Myth: Most vegetables are packed with fiber, which is actively damaging to the human digestive tract. Because our guts are not designed for the fermentation required to process fiber, eating it creates unnecessary stress on our system.
The Bottom Line: Why force your body to consume materials it cannot properly digest or extract nutrition from?
reason #2: defence chemicals
All edible plants contain antinutrients, which are chemicals that bind to nutrients and enzymes preveting their absorption. So that salad becomes almost useless to you anyway, you can not digest it.
-
Evolutionary Self-Defense: Plants did not evolve to be food; they evolved to survive. Because they cannot run away, they defend themselves against predators—including humans—by producing toxic chemical weapons designed to harm or deter anything that tries to eat them.
-
The Inutilization of Nutrients: All edible plants contain antinutrients. These compounds bind directly to essential nutrients and digestive enzymes, preventing your body from absorbing them. This chemical binding renders items like salads almost entirely useless from a nutritional standpoint.
-
Mineral Blockade: Specific antinutrients target vital minerals:
-
Phytic acid, oxalates, and tannins bind to iron, zinc, and calcium, locking them away so your body cannot absorb them.
-
-
Digestive and Cellular Disruption: Plant compounds like phytoestrogens and other defense chemicals interfere with enzyme activity, frequently triggering immediate gastrointestinal distress such as bloating, diarrhea, and constipation. Over time, these toxins contribute to systemic oxidative stress and inflammation, ultimately leading to cellular damage.
The Bottom Line: Why willingly consume foods loaded with chemical defenses designed to disrupt your digestion and damage your health? No thanks.
reason #3: gmo
All fruits and plants in your local supermarket are genetically modified and full of pesticides. Not one single edible plant is found from nature today.
-
The Illusion of “Natural”: Every fruit and vegetable has been heavily modified through centuries of selective breeding and genetic manipulation, rendering them entirely disconnected from their wild ancestors.
-
Engineered for Sugar, Mass, and Profit: Modern plant foods have been deliberately modified to contain much higher concentrations of carbohydrates and sugars simply to make them taste better and appeal to consumers.
-
The Pesticide and Fertilizer Crisis: Commercial produce is heavily treated with synthetic chemical pesticides and grown in depleted soil using artificial fertilizers. These aggressive agricultural practices disrupt the plants’ natural state, causing them to produce a much higher concentration of defense chemicals and antinutrients.
-
The Nutrient Deficit: Because they are bred for rapid growth, shelf-life, and size rather than quality, supermarket plants contain a fraction of the actual nutrition found in true wild plants. You are consuming more toxins and sugar, but significantly fewer essential nutrients.
The Bottom Line: What we buy in stores today isn’t real nature—it is an engineered, nutrient-depleted product loaded with agricultural chemicals.
summary
Are there any vegetables that are not good for you? Yes, all of them.
If I eat vegetables right now, I get so bloated almost immediately and I start farting a lot. I will come back to that with the next article, farting is a first sign of really bad diet.
I also feed tired and my mood goes up and down because of blood sugar.
I don’t want to eat a “nutrient” which prevents the real food doing it’s thing for me.
In the wild, the strongest will only survive. Eat or be eaten. So why you want to handicap your chances by eating plant materials?
I don’t do that and that is the reason why I thrive.
